Aerowave 5001 ARC is a water-based, 3-component, isocyanate-cured polyurethane abrasion-resistant coating. It features low VOC, Infrared Reflecting (IRR) technology, and excellent resistance to aircraft hydraulic fluids and chemicals. Designed for high-wear areas, it minimizes dirt pick-up and provides impact and stone-chip resistance, making it ideal for rough field operations. Qualified to military specification: Eurofighter SP-J-513-A-0014 Issue 4. Recommended dry film thickness 175–225 μm, VOC <120 g/L, gloss <10 GU. Available in custom colors. Suitable for air spray, HVLP, and electrostatic application.
