Alumigrip 4250 is a 3-component polyurethane basecoat designed for accent colors and markings on general aviation aircraft. Delivers high gloss, durability, and optimal performance when paired with Alumigrip 4450 Clear Coat. Features a wide color range, fast processing times, and excellent opacity in a single layer. Qualified to MEP 10-080 Revision K (Embraer) and VV0605-33 (Pilatus). Compatible with standard primers and easy to clean with mild solvents. Recommended dry film thickness: 10–15 μm for solid colors. Pot life: 2 hours at 25°C.
