Aerodur 2100 MgRP is a chrome-free, corrosion inhibiting epoxy polyamide primer designed for aerospace applications. It ensures superior adhesion and corrosion protection on treated or bare metal surfaces. Fully compliant with MIL-PRF-32239 TY2 CL1 GR1, TL 8010-0046, GMS 5008, and AER(EP).M-P-001. Provides a dry film thickness of 25–35 μm, fast drying (tack-free in 20 minutes, recoatable in 3 hours), and a 4-hour pot life at 25°C. Components include 2100P004 base, CS6010 curing solution, and thinners TR-7005 or TR-114. Ideal for high-performance aerospace coating systems.
