Ardrox 9814 is a post-emulsifiable fluorescent penetrant with ultra-high sensitivity (Level 4 per AMS 2644), designed for non-destructive testing of metallic components. It provides sharp indications, low background fluorescence, and excellent stability under heat and UV exposure. Suitable for spray, immersion, brush, and electrostatic applications.
Compliant with AMS 2644 Type I, Methods B, C, D, and EN ISO 3452-2, it is approved by Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney, SAFRAN Group, SNECMA, and CFM International.
Used with Ardrox 9881 (hydrophilic emulsifier) and Ardrox 9D4A (dry powder developer), it is non-corrosive to common metals. Recommended tank material: stainless steel. Storage temperature: 10–40°C.
