Ardrox 906A is a dark red color contrast penetrant, compliant with AMS 2644 Type 2, EN ISO 3452-2 Type II, and ASME Boiler & Vessel Code Section V. Designed for non-destructive testing to detect surface defects such as cracks, porosity, and weld discontinuities, it performs effectively across a wide temperature range (-30°C to +150°C).

With Level 2 sensitivity (EN ISO 3452) and low viscosity, it ensures optimal surface coverage and easy removal using water or solvents. Compatible with Ardrox NQ1, 9D1B developers and Ardrox 9PR5, 9PR50 removers. Available in bulk and aerosol formats.

Non-corrosive to common metals; may stain or soften certain plastics and rubbers—pre-testing recommended.
