Naftoseal MC-780 Class C is a two-component, manganese-dioxide cured polysulfide sealant designed for interfay sealing and wet riveting of aircraft fuselage and fuel tanks. It offers excellent resistance to aviation fuels and chemicals.

It maintains flexibility and adhesion on metals (aluminum, steel, titanium), composites, and coatings under extreme conditions. Service temperature: –55°C to +130°C, short-term up to +182°C.

Available in variants from C-1/3 to C-60, with working times from 20 minutes to 60 hours. Easy application via extrusion, injection gun, or roller. Features self-filleting behavior for clean assembly.
