Aerodur Clearcoat UVR is a universal, three-component UV-resistant polyurethane clearcoat designed for exterior aircraft decoration schemes. It delivers high gloss, long-lasting “wet look” appearance, easy cleaning, and resistance to hydraulic fluids and chemicals.
Applied over polyurethane basecoat systems at a 100:100:50–75 mix ratio (base, hardener, thinner) with a dry film thickness of 35–45 μm.
Compliant with Airbus AIMS 04.04.022 and Embraer MEP 10-058, providing extended durability and superior protection.
