Aerodur HS 2118 CF Primer is a three-component, chromate-free, low VOC, high-solids epoxy primer for aircraft exterior applications. Provides excellent chemical and corrosion resistance with optimal adhesion.
Compatible with AkzoNobel topcoats and basecoat/clearcoat systems, AMS3095 approved and qualified to Boeing BMS 10-144 and MIL-PRF-32239B.
Applied on clean, sanded surfaces at a 4:1:1 mix ratio (base, curing solution, activator) with a dry film thickness of 15–35 μm.
Ideal for Boeing fuselage applications with BMS 10-128 pretreatment and AMS3095 direct-to-metal systems.
