Aerodur Primer S 15/90 is a three-component polyurethane primer for interior and exterior aircraft applications. Provides corrosion protection, chemical resistance, and excellent adhesion. Compatible with Metaflex® washprimer series, chemical conversion coatings, and anodized surfaces.
Meets MIL-P-23377 Type 1 and BMS 10-79 Type 1 performance requirements. Applied at a 100:50 mix ratio (base and hardener) with 50–100 parts thinner.
Recommended dry film thickness: 15–20 μm for exterior schemes, 20–30 μm for structural parts.
