NYCOLUBE 7870 is a petroleum-based lubricating oil with a viscosity of 9.5 cSt at 40°C, designed for aircraft instruments, autopilots, and electronic components.
It provides excellent protection against oxidation and corrosion, remaining fluid at low temperatures (down to -61°C) without affecting flight control operation at cruising altitude.
Compliant with MIL-PRF-7870C, DEF STAN 91-47, OM-12, and O-142, it is also suitable for general lubrication of moving parts such as pins and locks.
