ARDROX® AV 15 / DINITROL® AV 15 is a high-performance, super-penetrating, water-repellent corrosion inhibitor for aircraft structures.
It forms a solid, non-tacky film (15–25 µm thick), transparent brown, with salt spray resistance up to 1500 hours on aluminum.
Optimized for deep penetration into hard-to-reach areas, suitable for painted and unpainted surfaces.
Not lubricating—mask moving parts or use AV 25 for those areas.
Compliant with MIL-PRF-16173E, BMS 3-29, BMS 3-23, BMS 3-35, DMS 2150, CMS 565-06, and more.
Can be applied by spray, immersion, or brush.
Shelf life: 36 months.
