Intershield 6GV is a low solar absorbing (LSA), high-solids epoxy non-skid deck coating designed for extended durability on naval decks. Compliant with MIL-PRF-24667C Types I, II & V, Composition G, it provides a safe, wear-resistant surface. Color: Dark Grey, finish flat. Volume solids: 90%, VOC: 92 g/L. Application by roller to achieve uniform texture or “ploughed field” effect. Minimum thickness: 762 μm at the thinnest point. Drying: hard dry in 12 hrs at 23°C, pot life 60 mins. Mixing ratio: 3:1 (Part A/B). Ideal for newbuilding, maintenance & repair. Compatible with Intershield systems and Interthane topcoats.
