Gelshield 200 is a quick-drying, two-component epoxy primer designed to protect GRP hulls against osmosis. Provides effective barrier protection with five coats (250 μm) and can be applied at low temperatures (down to 5°C). Fast drying allows multiple coats in a single day. Available colors: Grey and Green. Recommended dry film thickness per coat: 50 μm, practical coverage 8.1 m²/L. Application by brush or roller. Drying: touch dry in 60 mins at 25°C, immersion after 12 hrs. VOC: 464 g/L. Compatible with GRP gelcoats and cured laminates (not suitable over one-pack products). Mixing ratio: 3:1. Ideal for new builds and maintenance.
