Intergard 263 is a modified, two-component epoxy tie coat, tar-free, designed to ensure maximum adhesion between anticorrosive primers and antifoulings or cosmetic finishes. Also suitable as a sealer over TBT antifoulings. Ideal for newbuilding, maintenance, and repair. Available colors: Light Grey, Buff. Recommended dry film thickness: 100 μm, theoretical coverage 5.7 m²/L. Application by airless spray, brush, or roller. Fast drying: touch dry in 6 hrs at 25°C, hard dry in 16 hrs. VOC: 445 g/L. Compatible with epoxy anticorrosive primers (e.g., Intergard 343, Intershield 300, Intertuf 262). Mixing ratio: 4:1 (Part A/B). Can be applied down to -15°C with specific guidance.
