Intershield 300 is a pure aluminium epoxy coating, abrasion-resistant, designed for long-term anticorrosive protection even at low temperatures. Acts as a universal primer, applicable directly to mechanically prepared shop primer or bare steel. Certified for ballast tank coatings (B1), NORSOK M-501, and compliant with fire resistance and toxicity standards. Available colors: Bronze, Aluminium. Recommended dry film thickness: 125 μm (range 100–200 μm), theoretical coverage 4.8 m²/L. Application by airless spray, roller, or brush. Fast drying: touch dry in 3 hrs at 25°C, hard dry in 6 hrs. VOC: 386 g/L. Compatible with Intersleek systems and International primers. Can be applied down to -15°C.
