Intershield 7100LWT is a zero-VOC, ultra-lightweight, self-leveling epoxy underlayment with excellent anticorrosive properties. Designed for interior and exterior deck systems, it can be applied directly to metal or over approved primers. Provides a smooth, uniform surface suitable for finishes such as carpet or tiles. Recommended dry film thickness: 3125 μm (practical range 1250–6250 μm), theoretical coverage 0.32 m²/L. Application by trowel or notched squeegee. Fast drying: touch dry in 6 hrs at 25°C, hard dry in 12 hrs. Zero VOC for minimal environmental impact. Compatible with Interbond, Intershield, and Intergard systems. No thinning required.
