Intersleek 1100SR is an advanced fluoropolymer foul release coating designed to minimize biofouling adhesion and improve hull efficiency. Suitable for newbuild and maintenance, it provides a smooth, self-cleaning surface that reduces drag and fuel consumption. Free from organotin compounds, compliant with IMO AFS 2001 Convention. Available colors: Grey, Blue, Red, Black. Recommended dry film thickness: 150–200 μm, theoretical coverage 3.6–4.8 m²/L. Application by airless spray (tip 0.38–0.53 mm, pressure ≥3000 psi). Fast drying: touch dry in 2 hrs at 25°C, ready for flooding in 20 hrs. VOC: 240 g/L. Must be applied over Intersleek tie coat within specified intervals.
