Aerodur 5500 Gloss is a high-solids, two-component polyurethane finish designed for military aircraft applications. It delivers premium gloss (≥90 GU) and Distinctness of Image (DOI), with outstanding resistance to chemicals, heat, and staining. Qualified to MIL-PRF-85285, Type IV, Class H, Form M, Grade P. Recommended dry film thickness 43–58 μm, VOC max 420 g/L, theoretical coverage 22 m²/L. Compatible with MIL-PRF-23377 and MIL-PRF-32239 primers.
